The Big Buses were all very crowded and hot unless we found a seat inside beside an open window. We has to wait about 35 in the sun for a 2nd Big Bus because the first was so crowded. On the plus side, Big Bus did stop at the top locations which would have been confusing to locate given our limited experience with the public transit in Paris. Bad If you book online you then need to have a printed tickets. You get them from their salespeople on the street. But if u book the bus AND the boat, they are to print two different tickets. But if they don’t do this for you, the app will register that tou “used” the ticket, but you didn’t know and didn’t receive the boat ticket. Their salesperson could then sell your boat ticket to someone else under the table. Then their online chat “customer service” will say sorry you used that ticket. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. On a hot day, the AC in the bus was not working. It was so suffocating inside that on the very next stop I got down with my family. My kids were so relieved to come out of the bus when they were inside hardly for 5 mins. I am really surprised at the management team of this company as to why would you decide to run a broken bus on a hot day when the AC aas absolutely a basic need?Also, the ticket says 24 hr hop on hop off 2 pm on day 1 to 2 pm on day 2 whereas it’s only valid between like 10 am to 530 or 6 pm. This is not really 24hrs. It’s cheating and mis-selling. I am never using this. I saw the tootbus quality and frequency lot better than the big bus. That removed immediately half my anticipation for the auditorium I’d itself a marvel for its acoustics and Chagall artwork. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our visit for the self guided audiovisual tour was probably better than a guided one imagine the crowd noise in a magnificent tourist sight and the Grand Staircase as well as the Grand Foyer were exceptional. But the closure of the Auditorium makes it one more reason to revisit Paris! Premièrement, si vous avez pris vos billets avec l'office du tourisme, vous serez forcés de passer par la boutique Big Bus près d'Opéra pour obtenir votre "vrai" billet car celui que vous recevrez par email n'a pas le fichu QR code sans lequel le conducteur ne croira pas en la légtimité de votre billet...Lorsqu'on rentre dans le bus pour se mettre au chaud, on est assourdi par les vitres en plexis qui tremblent et se fracassent contre nos oreilles...Lorsqu'il n'y a pas d'agent Big Bus aux arrêts pour vendre les billets avant l'arrivée du bus, on peut attendre 5-10 minutes à chaque arrêt... c'est assez pénible, et loin d'être fluide.
